Express shipping is free for all paintings, with 100% insurance coverage. Paintings are carefully packaged to prevent damage. Framed paintings ship via DHL Express; rolled canvas paintings via FedEx and UPS Express.

Our pencil portraits usually take between 1 to 3 Months to complete, depending on my current schedule and the level of detail involved. If you're working to a deadline such as a birthday or memorial please let me know and I will do my best to prioritise it. Ideally I need clear, close-up shots taken in natural light where your pet’s eyes, fur and expression are all visible.
